This policy describes how Novo Derma handles information collected through this website and the provider portal.
We collect the information you provide directly: name, practice name, role, email address, phone number, shipping address and the contents of messages, order requests and patient feedback submissions. We also record the rep or promo code associated with your visit so requests can be routed to the correct representative.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, fulfill order requests, provide access to the provider portal, and improve our products and materials. Patient feedback submitted through the QR questionnaire is collected without requiring identifying information and is used in aggregate.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the service providers who host our site, database and email delivery, and with the sales representative assigned to your practice. We may disclose information where required by law.
Information is retained for as long as needed to support your account and our business records. Access to the provider portal is protected by authentication, and stored records are access-controlled at the database level.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your practice account by contacting us. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
